1. How long does the battery last?

Up to 10 hours of music on a single charge, enough for several rides. A full recharge takes about two hours with the included USB cable.

2. Can I still hear what's going on around me?

Yes. The speakers rest over your ears without sealing them, so you can still hear your horse, your instructor, other riders and traffic on the road.

3. Can I take calls with it?

Yes. The built-in microphone lets you answer calls with one press of the button and chat hands-free while both hands stay on the reins.

4. Will it fit under my riding helmet?

Yes, any brand. The band is thin and sits low over your ears, and your helmet goes on top. On days you're doing barn chores without a helmet, it works perfectly on its own.

5. Will the control panel feel bulky under my helmet?

No. The panel is only a few millimetres thin and sits flat against the fabric. Most riders forget it's there.

6. What size is it? Will it fit me?

One size fits most. The soft fabric stretches to fit any adult head, and the speakers slide left or right inside the band so you can line them up with your ears.

7. Can I wash it?

Yes. Remove the electronics through the small opening and hand-wash the headband in cold water.

8. When will I receive my order?
